A federal district judge in Tampa recently ruled that Attorney Michael Beltran’s client’s federal civil RICO Complaint could proceed against two former employees.  Based upon Attorney Beltran’s Opposition to the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, United States District Judge James Whittemore issued an Order rejecting various arguments asserted by the former employees of a major television auction company.  The defendants were therefore ordered to answer the Complaint.
